Pam Ross (Sessional Mentor)
'I have fifteen years experience working with young people. I love the Arts, especially music. I also work at Conegree Centre in Sandwell with young people. I enjoy singing and seeing young people achieve.'

 

Mike Gibbs (Sessional Mentor)
'I work with the young people to address their barriers to education. I also work as a detached youth worker in Sandwell. I enjoy music and helping young people to reach their goals.'

 

Sharon Wynter (Sessional Mentor)
'I have worked with young people for nine years and I am the Lead Mentor supporting and guiding young people at MEA. I work also as a Youth Worker in Aston, Birmingham. I love to help others!'

 

Heather Deson (Administrator)
'I provide general support to the project, ensuring that the projects administration is run efficently and effectively'

 

Darren McNeil (Family Support Advisor)
'I provide support, guidance and a listening ear to parents and carers. I also work in partnership with parents to address issues of challenging behaviour'

 

Devon Barr (Volunteer Mentor)
'I am a volunteer mentor at MEA. I give my time to support group work and to mentor in a one to one situation I also sometimes go into schools to see the young people'
