About MEA ARC
As a unique project, MEA continues to provide a comprehensive service to young people experiencing difficulties within the education system. We work with Key Stage 3 & 4.
Our target group includes:
- Fixed Term Excluded Pupils
- Young people exhibiting Challenging Behaviour
- Looked After Children
- Young People identified on the Long Term Absence register
- Manage Moves
- Permanent Exclusions
- Young people registered with Special Educational Needs
- Young people, identified through school as requiring additional support
- Young people Identified by other statutory and voluntary agencies
How can MEA support your school?

- Ensure that young people receive the support they require to return to school and/or an alternative provision more suited to meet their needs
